Hi, I require a rental apartment, flat or studio, 1 or 2 bedrooms must be furnished, air-condition. I want it to be near Queensbay Mall/ Bayan Lepas area so that it’ll be easier for me to get to work near Motorola.

Dear Sirs,

My wife and I would like to spend one or two months December2008/ january 2009 in Penang.
We are retired and like to travel. Living in Germany we always try to escape cold winter time.
For this we are looking for a nice furnished apartment with aircondition, two bed rooms and fully equiped kitchen in Gerogtown or surrounding, well located near public transportation and shopping aerea – Maximum rent RM3.000 per month-

It would be great if you could propose something suitable for us.
